NOTE: IQGATES pays semi monthly on the 15th and the end of the month. IQGATES/ARISE charges a fee of $49.75 per client each invoice. ONLY if you are receiving revenue. IQGATES/ARISE fees are automatically deducted from your check. IQGATES/ARISE fees, includes the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and StarMatic® scheduling system, the use of clients' systems, our one on one support, security systems i.e. DUO mobile and VPN, and our processing fees.

Equipment Requirement: USB flash drive that is 8GB or higher with 60 megabytes per second,USB headset w/ mic, hand free telephone, and telephone landline.

                        ****Course Duration****

Phase I. Instructor Led eLearning & Self-Paced Work: This is the unpaid Phase of your training. Phase I is a combination of 4 hours per day Mon-Fri of instructor-led sessions and Self-paced daily assessments. 100% attendance is required

Phase II. Foot in the Water! This phase you start earning some revenue. Phase II is a combination of 1-2 hours paid live call taking and 2 hours unpaid instructor-led sessions. 100% attendance is required

Phase III. Earn While You Learn! This phase you no longer have to attend certification class, apply what you’ve learned in Phase I and II to live call taking, and generate revenue. Phase III is your probation phase you are responsible for scheduling your own hours and meeting the client requirements.

NOTE: Unqualified submissions, partial submissions, or submissions that are not provided within 5 days before certification class starting date will result in the CSP being immediately removed from IQGATES and the opportunity. If the CSP is removed or dropped from the opportunity for failure to complete the steps listed above, no refunds will be provided.

Affidavits MUST be notarized with a photocopy ID. Please make sure the address on your license matches the address on your Arise profile. If your address does NOT match your driver's license...  A utility bill with your name listed and current address is required. Make sure that you take a picture of your affidavit and photocopy ID with your cell phone, IQGATES will not accept scanned documents.

                      *****Preparing for Certificate Class*****

Welcome Letter from your instructor: Welcome letters are sent out within 3 days prior to the start of your certification course. 

If you have not received your welcome letter email and your certification begins within the next 24 hours, please contact the Enrollment.

Pre-Work: In your welcome letter, you will have instructions on how to access your pre-work in the Arise Learning Center (ALC).
