IQGATES Payment & Fee Structure
IQGATES issues payments semi-monthly, on the 15th and the last day of each month.
Invoice periods are as follows:
1st–15th
16th–end of the month
IQGATES/ARISE applies a 5% Platform Usage Fee to the total invoice amount, along with a $40.00 IBO fee per client per invoice—only when revenue is earned.

Access to Arise’s 24-hour Client Technical Support Help Desk
Use of the StarMatic® scheduling system
Access to client systems
One-on-one support
Required security systems
Payment processing fees
