IQGATES Payment & Fee Structure
IQGATES issues payments semi-monthly, on the 15th and the last day of each month.
Invoice periods are as follows:
1st–15th
16th–end of the month
IQGATES/ARISE charges a fee of $59.75 per client, per invoice period, only when revenue is earned.
This fee covers:
Access to Arise’s 24-hour Client Technical Support Help Desk
Use of the StarMatic® scheduling system
Access to client systems
One-on-one support
Required security systems
Payment processing fees
