Starmatic App: Arise On The Go

Please add this this on your devices.

Your Commitment Adherence (CA) is calculated by the hours YOU personally scheduled and that you are responsible for servicing. We do understand that sometimes life happens and there are tech issues. However, you should not be releasing hours every day or every week. If you are having technical issues you need to visit technical support by clicking the link below or accessing it through the Arise Portal.

Only post hours that you know you want to work.

************************************************************

Your Commitment Adherence will be negatively impacted if you release time within the 48-hour lockdown period.

Consider using the swap option when it is offered on Starmartic instead of choosing to release intervals.

********************************************************************

Swapping intervals: The swap policy allows you to put service intervals up for swap after the 48 hour lockdown period, but only up until 2 hours before your scheduled interval(s)

If  you put an interval up for swap, there's no guarantee that someone else will pick up that interval and you are responsible for working it.  It is your responsibility to make sure that your interval has been swapped.

How to swap an interval in Starmatic: Simply select the interval you want to swap, click on the Submit button and then select the Swap option.

  • The interval block will turn yellow,

  • Once the block turns green, your swapped was accepted.

  • If the interval remains blue or turns blue from yellow, you were unsuccessful in swapping. Indicating it was too late to swap the interval, and you are required to work that interval or release it.  You will be penalized for releasing on short notice.

Releasing intervals: You have 48 hours to release without being penalized.

Releasing hours inside the 48 hours locked down period should only take place as a result of an emergency, and you're unable to service your hours. Releasing interval within the 48 locked down period is considered calling off work without prior notice.

How to release intervals:To release an interval in Starmatic, simply unselect the interval and then click on the Submit button. If your release time falls within the 48-hour lockdown period, you will receive a warning as this action will have a negative effect on your Commitment Adherence. At this stage, you can continue and accept the warning or cancel the process and keep the interval.

Intervals meanings:

Regular intervals: Intervals that are available for you to service.

Swap Pending: Swap intervals that you are waiting to be picked up by another agent.

Swap Granted: The intervals that you put up for swap have been selected by another.

Interval Exception: You can release intervals without getting penalized. The call flow is low.

Urgent Intervals: This means that call flow is high, and the client needs extra help.

NOTE: Urgent Intervals rarely get swapped. If you are unable to service, please release them.
